2000 Ratings: Division 1 Girls State

Rockford’s team is the best of the 2000’s. All seven girls over a 140 rating (19:00 equivalent). The top three all above 165 (17:45). I scored out every single team from each division in a hypothetical meet, Rockford won that hypothetical meet by 300+ points over the 2019 East Grand Rapids team, and both teams had under half the points of the third place team.

The XC Postseason didn’t contain a Nike Nationals, though individually, Linsey Blaisdell and Kalin Toedebusch qualified for Foot Locker Nationals, finishing 16th and 5th respectively.

At the 2001 Division 1 T&F Finals, the Rockford distance girls went:

4x800m – 1st Place
1600m – 1st, 3rd, 6th, 7th
800m – 2nd, 3rd, 7th
3200m – 2nd, 3rd, 7th
4x400m – 2nd Place

Nicole Bohnsack‘s 168.3 is the highest rating of the 2000’s of any 9th grader.

A worthy runner-up, Milford was the 21st best team of the 2000’s.
