I have to put this here with a MAJOR caveat. This is not at all a prediction of what you’ll run in the future.

Use this to convert your rating to a time on a fair & fast course late in the year. Some examples are: Willow, Gaylord, Shepherd, Allendale, Gainey Fields, Jackson, Portage, Huron Meadows, and MIS when it’s not muddy.

I figure most of you will or have run on one of these courses in your season.
