The Rundown

You just can’t count this girl out. There have definitely been some struggles over the past few years, doubts creeping in after subpar races. There have also been many moments of triumph. Mylie’s propensity for big races in big spots was again exemplified during this past track season. She had placed 3^rd in Region 22/NWC in the 3200m and had a season best of 11:19. How does she perform on an absolute scorcher of a day? Only a season best (11:18) and a 4^th place finish in Division 3. The lessons learned from turning what’s thought to be a failure into a success will serve her well in life, as well as give her much wisdom to share with the next generation of Benzie girls.
