Top Returners

Lilah Kiley

Freshman dropped and dropped and dropped some more time, eventually ending up with a 19:45 over in Region 35.

Gracy Walker

In her last two years, she’s been top-5 at Region 35 and All-State twice, the latter of which moving up from 28th as a sophomore to 24th as a junior.

Meeghan Flikkie

Meeghan nearly halved her placing at MIS, moving from 109th to 56th, a key factor in her Cardinals attaining 4th place.

Molly Walker

Multi-faceted in her ability to compete in multiple events. This spring, she concentrated on the relays, short sprints, and even high jumped a few times. Look back to the fall, and you see a distance girl that improved all throughout the year, ending in a sub-21 at Regionals and top-60 spot at MIS.

Zoe Van Rijn

Wagener Park is her jam, the past three years setting her personal best on the course.

Hailey McGuire

9th grade season contained significant improvement, moving down into the 22’s when it started in the 27+ min range.

Potential Newcomers

Violet Tetil

Eighth grade year contained a few wins, such as North Park and in the NCTL, along with a few fast finishes, mid-12 efforts both early and late.
