Top Returners

Jackson Rodriguez

Multi-faceted during the track season, but did especially great work in the 800/1600m. Lowered his personal best from 4:31 to 4:23, placing 5th in Division 4.

Ian Palacios

Beyond that 11th place finish at State, you also had a 5th place in Region 31, moving up 8 places from where he was as a freshman.

Noah Finton

Entered last season as the Pumas fifth man, ended the season with performances capable of being the number one guy on many D4 teams. He placed 30th in Division 4 with a 17:18, then used that confidence boost to move towards a low-10 3200m time.

Ezra Hagedorn

11th grade year was his first cross season, closed on a hot streak of three consecutive sub-18’s. Top-10’s were attained at the Alliance League and Region 31, then that clutchness transferred over to track, where a 10:33 regional effort qualified him for State.

Edward Mugisha

After a freshman season full of 18-19 minute efforts, busted out a 17:33 over at Allendale’s regional.

Isaac Struck-VanderHaak

Gotta love his three race progression in the 3200m. 13:02 to 11:59 to 11:25. Should be a candidate to move well into the 18’s.

Potential Newcomers

Caleb Swiney

In 8th grade, was successful at all sorts of distances. Won at Sparta and an Alliance Jamboree in the 2.5k, doubled that distance at Shepherd with an 18:44 in early November.
