Jacob Stanislawski

Your defending champion. Hit a 16-flat on the nose here last year, then went onto a 18th place at MIS. Track put him in a great position to defend his crown, a 3200m qualifier even when competing in Division 2.

Nathan Vargo

Here for the career progression. Nathan was above 21:00 for a majority of his freshman year. Two years later, more than 50% of his races were under 17:00. And the last one earned an All-State certificate.

Lucas Taraszkiewicz

Embraced the regional and state level as a sophomore, two levels he didn’t race at as a freshman. Race here in 27 was a 4th place finish and over in Brooklyn, he was 26th amongst underclassmen.

Cole Hillegonds

Reliable in late season, always an added bonus for a youngster. Freshman October contained many races in the low-17’s and only one above 17:30.

Austin Sulier

Obtained his first individual qualifier on the track and over the course of the season, gave us three 10:1x 3200m efforts.

Eliza Bush

Your back to back regional champ. When she’s not commanding excellent basketball teams, she’s stepping on three All-State XC podiums and almost always running in the 18’s come seasons end.

Hope Miller

It’s wild to me that her 19:19 at State was still outside of the top-30. Regardless, that was by far the fastest race of the year. And Hope wasn’t even close to done, busting through to 18:57 at Shepherd.

Bella LaFountain

Just a fixture at late season championship races. Two top-20 finishes at the state level, three silvers Huron Leagues and Regionals.

Megan Woelkers

Three years competing for the Rams, three years of state qualifiers. Twice in D2, once last year in D3, which was her fastest time ever in Brooklyn, 19:57.

Hailey Sills

End of her cross season may have not gone as planned, but the month of May proved she’ll be ready to try again. Two season records in the 1600m and 3200m nearly matched her best freshman times.
