Moises Salazar

Lucas Kuhn

Didn’t have the greatest race here last year. More than made up for it during track, racing to a 5 sec. personal best on that regional stage, his 4:20 ranking as the #9 returner in D2.

Isaak Rubley

For the past two years, Isaak has been in the 16’s for over 75% of his races. And when was above that, such as last year’s State Finals, the next week he was able to bounce back with a season’s best.

Luke Dulecki

Huge performance at Regionals last year, placing 6th, two spots ahead of his projected spot. But it wasn’t the place that shocked, it was the time. Luke’s 16:34 was a 17 sec. PB and almost 40 sec. faster than his best freshman time.

Carter Fenner

Freshman was unable to compete here in Region 18, but was able to gain MIS experience the following week. Showed the ability to grind during outdoor track, hitting a 10:16 3200m with “only” a 4:52 1600m in comparison.

Courtney Bovair

Ayda Skeels

Quickly acquitted to the 5k distance in cross, reaching the 18’s late. Track season was particularly impressive, especially in Ayda’s ability to run 5:10s/11:30s no matter the significance of the meet.

Natalia DeMea

Keeps moving up with each successive year. 18th here in 2021, 9th in ’22, 2nd in ’23. And on the cusp of an All-State bid as well.

Madison Morris

Quite a transformation from her freshman year. Began her career in the 23’s, now in her past two cross races, has been in the 18’s. One of those was here, an 18:55 and a 5th place finish. A 5:26 during the spring suggests more is to come.

Falyn Doss

Sub-20 for a number of races to close her sophomore year. Track showed there’s more to come, as Falyn rattled off a few 12-flat 3200’s.
