Landen Wise

More words to come on the above two! As you’ll see on the girls side, this region is loaded with top-50 returners.

Nolan Longuski

All-around range from Nolan, whether that’s spinning 15:50’s on his home course or ripping 1:57’s in the 800m.

Bryce Cahoon

Broken collar bone didn’t stop Bryce from becoming the #2 ranked D2 freshman in this spring’s 3200m.

Jack Lillywhite

Up here so high on the heels of an outstanding track season, one in which Jack dropped from 10:17 to 9:34 in the 3200m.

Bryce Gross

Inspiring freshman to sophomore leap. In any big meet late, Bryce dropped more than a minute. For example, this regional, where he subtracted 65 seconds (17:21 to 16:16) and placed 10th.

Ethan Sellers

Wouldn’t be shocked if the top-10 here are all under 16:00. Ethan’s 9:33 from track is a solid piece of evidence that he can get there.

Brett Magnus

In three races at Shepherd as a freshman, Brett averaged 16:59. Four races here as a sophomore, averaged 16:11.

Natalie Foltz

The above four are either already posted or will be soon!

Samantha Brown

Such a journey from the girl opening her career with a 23+ minute race at Birch Run. 10th grade season contained four sub-19 performances, the final one being a 22nd place in D2.

Lucy Conzelmann

Freshman year was a resounding success, featuring top-10 finishes at the overall TVC meet, Saginaw County, and here.

Alivia Ottinger

Past Spartan Invite, she was a changed runner. Alivia went from 22+ there in her first few races to sub-20 in a matter of weeks.

Baylor Lauinger

Can do everything on the basketball court and can run really fast off it. Sub-19 in two of her final three races, including a 33rd place at State.

Kylie Mausolf

Took only four meets for Kylie’s freshman self to find its way into the 19’s. And heck, by season’s end, she was in the 18’s.
