How Are Speed Ratings Calculated?
Girls Adjustment: -9
Boys Adjustment: -6
For some reason, when I copy/paste my spreadsheet into wordpress, it emits just plain text and doesn’t format into a table. Not sure what prompted this, but Google Sheets to the rescue. As girls are running first this year, they’re listed first. Scroll down for boys.
