2026’s Deepest Teams

Combine all the crews, all the points, and you get these Deepest Team Rankings.

These don’t list the BEST TEAM, that was already determined by our MHSAA State Finals. But these show which teams might have the best depth. MITCA already attempts this with their Team State championship. My version is a bit different in a few aspects:

• You need a regional qualifying mark to count in the rankings
• There’s no way I can limit athletes to four events
• Every team in the state is included, not the 15-20 teams that compete at Team State or the 30-40 who enter in the power rankings

These take marks until the end of the regular season (the MHSAA State Finals), using all the rules of the Best Crews (the three/two/one best marks that hit a Regional Qualifier). Then all the crews are added together.
