This probably would’ve been posted on Monday but Sunday night got away from me. I think I was in so much awe of Anthony Edwards’ second half that I forgot to work on this. Also planted approximately 60 different flowers and grasses as I transform my backyard into a native garden. So yeah, Tuesday morning it is.

As there are no additional regional qualifying standards for relays (everyone gets to run theirs), I did a little math to find what the equivalent would be. For instance, the state qualifier for the D1 100m is 11.1 and the regional qualifier is 11.5, 3.6% slower. The state qualifying standard for the 4×1 is 43.5, and 45.06 (rounding up to 45.1 to be generous) is 3.6% slower. Here is a chart with an estimated regional qualifier for each relay:
