It’s baaack. A summertime tradition has returned, the 50 Tickets to Brooklyn. These lists celebrate the top 50 returners – based on a concoction of the ’25 XC season, projected improvements, the ’26 Track season, and a tiny bit of my own input.
Enjoy!

Her Specialty
Winning.
Since Annie has stepped on the line wearing a Bulldog uniform, seemingly either she’s won the race or her Romeo girls have captured the team title. Many times both! Of course, a tremendous program helps with the latter, but don’t discount Annie’s role in that, she’s always been a low-stick and elite runner that’s contributed to the Romeo success.
Her individual victories began early, capturing her first ever championship in October of her freshman year, surging in the later miles to take home the Macomb County crown. Two weeks later, she traversed the Region 9 course in victory. Two seasons have passed since that time, with Hrabovsky winning two more Region 9 crowns along with this past year’s Macomb County title. Her junior season contained the most individual wins (5), adding a league title to her list of accomplishments.
But back to the Romeo team success, where there is definitely a coincidence and correlation to Annie’s presence. Of the 22 regular season races in Michigan where Annie and her Bulldogs have competed, Romeo has won 18 of ‘em. You can’t argue the math. She wins and she helps her teammates win. Oh, and she’s pretty quick, too.
