Where: Hess Hathaway Park. Tough terrain and footing. Course usually runs a little SLOW. 2018 was the last year that regionals were held here and I had -10 for boys and -32 for girls. In general, I felt the adjustments for girls that year was too generous, so I wouldn’t be shocked if this is 10-20 seconds on the slower side.
